Automotive Heritage Month
July 2025

WHEREAS,
the National Association of Automobile Clubs of Canada has designated July 2025 as Automotive Heritage Month in recognition of the contributions of automotive hobbyists to the economic and cultural life of Canada; and

WHEREAS,
the NAACC will be celebrating Collector Car Appreciation Day on July 12, 2025; and

WHEREAS,
Newfoundland and Labrador recognizes the role of the automobile in the creation of the provincial highway system and road network that make Newfoundland and Labrador communities more accessible for residents and visitors; and

WHEREAS,
Newfoundland and Labrador has many active local clubs dedicated to automotive hobbies and also welcomes many visiting automobile enthusiasts;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED
that I, Sarah Stoodley, Minister of Government Modernization and Service Delivery, hereby proclaim the month of July as

Automotive Heritage Month

in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador
