This could be a serious concern for all Provinces as it prevents a ‘collector car’ that has been in an accident and is written off from being put back on the road after that accident.  This pertains to ‘ALL’ pre 1995 vehicles.
Gordon Forman, Manitoba NAACC Director, is challenging this legislation and is asking for an exemption for collector vehicles.
It is our understanding that this legislation is only in Manitoba at this time.
We ask all vehicle hobbyists and NAACC supporters to be watchful and report any concerns directly to Gordon Forman  at: DirectorMB@naacc.ca
